This hotel excels in convenience and comfort. The staff is genuinely helpful, from recommending nearby eateries to instantly resolving any issues. My room was spacious and boasted a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Plus, the 24-hour fitness center adds an extra perk for night owls. Free parking is definitely a bonus!

The modern look of the hotel caught my eye right away. The location was convenient, close to major highways and shopping without being noisy. I really appreciated the 24/7 access to coffee, juice, and sparkling water in the lobby. it was a nice touch to have refreshments available at any time. My room had everything I needed, and it was relatively new and in great condition. However, the room temperature was a bit of a struggle. I couldn’t adjust the thermostat below 68, which felt too warm for me, since I prefer a cooler sleeping environment. Noise really became an issue. I could hear everything from the rooms above and near the exit door, which often slammed shut. Even though my room was clean overall, the floor needed a deeper cleaning. A small spill revealed that the floors along the bed could use some extra attention. One disappointment was the pool hours. it opened at 9 AM, leaving little time for a morning swim before starting my day. Check-out could have been smoother. the staff didn’t provide clear guidance, which was frustrating. Breakfast was okay, but felt more like a gas station offering than a hotel meal.

I had a great time with my friends at this hotel! The indoor pool was perfect for our group, and we loved exploring nearby Hovey Field. The location is easy to find, and the decor is simple yet stylish. The clean room added to our comfort, making our stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the front desk staff was a bit slow and not as friendly as I expected.

A cozy stay with surprises

Woke up to the inviting smell of coffee grinding in the lobby. The welcoming staff made my solo adventure much more enjoyable, and I truly appreciated the 24-hour fitness center!

Unfortunately, the hot water machine in the lobby was tricky to use, and one of the coffee machines had issues on checkout day, disrupting my morning routine.

i had a great experience at avid during my recent stay. compared to my last visit in the area, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and the comfort of the room. the breakfast selection was diverse, featuring fresh fruits and pastries, making it a perfect start to my long journey.

pool was smaller than expected.

my one-night stay at avid was great! the room was a standard king room, clean and cozy. the indoor pool was a nice touch, and the location is close to various attractions. jesse, the night clerk, was fantastic and helped us fix the tv issue. he even signed us up for ihg membership, which got us free wifi!

Can just recommend for a city trip

Clean room, friendly clerk, the night clerk, Jesse, was wonderful and very accommodating with every request, including fixing our TV and signing us up for an IHG membership to gain free wifi, while the indoor swimming pool added an extra touch of relaxation during our stay.

Everything was exemplary.

Great front desk staff, but the fitness centre had limited equipment.

the bathroom had low water pressure, making it tough to rinse off. still, the bed was super soft, and i loved having sparkling water in the lobby. the breakfast choices were great, too.

This place is just so cozy! The room felt like a warm hug with its super comfy bed and sleek design. The coffee in the morning? Absolutely heavenly, brewed fresh and strong, just how I like it!

I had a pleasant stay at Avid. The room was clean and the bed was comfortably soft, allowing for a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the available coffee grinder and sparkling water dispenser in the lobby, as well as the convenient parking right near the entrance. The breakfast offerings were surprisingly balanced, providing a good start to my day.
